摘 要：技术创新主体的行为方式和行为能力分别可以从技术创新的模式和创新能力来反映。强化技术创新主体可从其本身和技术创新行为强化两个方面进行。技术创新主体本身的强化一方面可通过加强技术创新主体的技术创新能力，另一方面也可通过选择适合于技术创新模式的技术创新主体组合来强化；技术创新行为的强化主要从选择适合于技术创新主体或参与主体的技术创新模式来进行，通过强化技术创新外部动力激发创新主体的主动创新行为和创新模式的主动选择。
Abstract: The technology innovation model reflects the behavior mode of technology innovation main body just as the innovation competence of main body does to the body’s. Improving the technology innovation main body takes path from the body himself as well as its behavior to innovate. the improvement of the main body himself is ,on one hand, the enhancement to the ability of main body. On another hand, it is the option to technology innovation main body model which adapt to the innovation model. To select the appropriate innovation model for innovation main body and the participator can strengthen technology innovating behavior. To enhance the exterior impetus can stimulate the initiative innovating behavior and active selecting of innovation mode of the main body.
